Who will deliver my order?
The value of your order will determine the delivery option. Your order will be fulfilled by either Fedex or UPS. When your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking information.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom.
When will I receive my order?
For stocked items, we offer next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will most likely be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and at weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
Will I be able to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information. These parcels can then be tracked using Fedex and UPS tracking sites.
What are the delivery charges?
For UK orders under £200, Next Day delivery will be made via UPS for £9.95.
UK Orders over £200 will require insuring, so will be dispatched via Fedex and the Next Day charge is £20.50. Items over 1 metre long will incur a surcharge.
Can I collect or arrange my own collection?

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

Are you able to offer Saturday and earlier ‘timed’ delivery options.

What can I do if I think my order is late?
Please contact us if your order is late and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control, for example UPS and Fedex may have potential delays due to routing/sorting errors, high volumes and other external factors. Tracking will be available via their tracking sites.
What if my order arrives damaged.
When you receive the goods, please inspect thoroughly prior to signing for them. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with photos and details. In these circumstances we will address it on a case by case basis, but will endeavour to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds, returns and exchanges.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item within 3 working days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition & packaging, we will offer an exchange towards another item at the full order amount less the shipping costs.
